Your responsibilities
- Preparing valuation reports for all types of property
- Carrying out valuations and research on properties across all asset classes
- Preparing feasibility studies, market analyses and other report formats to professional standards
- Property inspections and location analyses as the basis for valuations
- Ensuring our valuation processes run smoothly
- Ongoing analysis of market indicators and market trends across the Austrian real estate market (all asset classes)
- Preparing proposals in coordination with the Head of Valuation and/or the Managing Director
- Working on portfolio valuations with our C&W EMEA cross-border valuation teams (remote)
- Preparing and maintaining documentation, reporting and well-founded reports
What skills and experience do you need?
- Bachelor’s degree, or degree nearing completion, in real estate, finance or a comparable field
- Initial professional experience, ideally in property valuation
- Strong affinity for numbers and a very good commercial understanding of real estate
- In-depth knowledge of the Austrian real estate market, including market indicators and trends
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Confident use of MS Office and an interest in AI
- Strong communication skills, proactivity, initiative, team spirit & flexibility
- Social and intercultural competence, structured thinking and strong organisational skills
- Performance orientation, determination and willingness to travel
- Commitment to continuous professional and personal development
- Class B driving licence and own car an advantage

Salary
Attractive gross annual salary from €40,000, depending on qualifications and experience, paid 14 times a year. This is an all-in salary that already covers any overtime.
